Peter S. Gargaro
Peter is a visionary entrepreneur, committed to transforming ideas into scalable businesses and disrupting established norms. He believes in family and is driven by a mission to foster a culture of mutual respect, trust, success and long-term generational impact.

Paul Santinon
With a career spanning over 20-years dedicated to building a unique and comprehensive skill set across multiple industries, including over 12 years in property, the time came for Paul to channel his energy and expertise into an entrepreneurial venture.
Prior to forming TGF Property, Paul was chief financial officer and company secretary of an ASX listed property development and investment company and continues to serve on several boards.
Brittany Wood
Brittany brings a diverse property background to her role as TGF Property Manager. She uses her experience in finance, construction and property management to engage with stakeholders and clients across our portfolio of investments, as well as supporting the finance and administration of the development and asset management businesses.
